KFC SEA POINT!!!! FILTHY SERVICE AND ALMOST 2 HOUR WAIT FOR FOOD!

What an awful, awful experience! We will never ever return to KFC Sea Point!!! First and foremost, absolutely disgusting service, staff so bladdy rude!!! But the worst part was that we ordered our food, and were not told that there was a delay, 30 mins later, still no food. An hour and a half later and lots of screaming and shouting, we finally receive our order, a **** apology from the branch manager, and 1 of our 22 piece buckets literally looked like it was thrown on the floor, the chicken itself clearly old and dried out!! Furious! and not a small order either. I was there getting lunch for my team of volunteers at The Animal Welfare Society of South Africa attending the Paws-A-While animal adoption fair,and they were not happy either to say the least, having to wait almost 2 hours for their food. Your staff assumed i dont understand Xhosa and literally stood there gossiping about us in Xhosa. The attitude was so terrible, not one ounce of desire to help us or atleast try and calm us down.
