KFC Sea Point are time wasters

So it was a scorching hot day in Cape Town on Sunday 10 April and I decided to go to KFC to buy some desserts and refreshments, I placed my order with the cashier that had more make up on her face than zest for work, and after she still messed up my order, it was placed and I waited.....and waited.....and waited. I would have understood if the branch was busy, but it was not, and here I am, still waiting, 25 minutes passed and I was still waiting for 2 lousy sparkling krushers, 2 ice-creams and a bottle of cooldrink. When I enquired, the lady told me the order was not even made yet! How ridiculous!! I have worked for 10 years in the retail industry and it is disgusting to see the type of service you get elsewhere. I then cancelled my order and went to KFC Green Point where I was greeted with a smile and received the same order in less than 2 minutes!!
