KFC Scottsville

KFC Scottsville is the worst place to buy a burger. The chicken is overdone and feels like a rock. This the second experience with the exact same problem. I would have cracked a tooth if I tried eating it. And the presentation speaks volumes about the customer care. I'm surprised that people still buy from them!!!
