KFC scooter damaged my car in a parking.

I went to KFC in atterbury branch for a quick meal while sitting inside enjoying my meal I heard a loud bang outside the parking lot. I jump quickly to check I found that the KFC delivery scooter driven by an unlicensed driver has crashed into the back of my car. It's been almost 2 weeks now my car is not fixed and it's not clear if I will be fixed. They rejected the quotation I got from dent doctor of R 12000 branch manager(MR Elvis) thinks it's too high. I went to brakpan panel beaters where I got 2nd quotation of R7 100 . Today Elvis called me and asked me to fetch 3 party forms that request me for another quotation , photos of accident and affidavit. Now it affect my work have to run around again. This process it's very frustration and exhausting.just imagine I'm going through all this because I chose to eat at KFC.
