KFC ****s bank cards

KFC ****** me of my money , I placed an order two weeks ago and money was deducted from my account using their app and I never received the order, I kept calling the call center and they kept saying the food us on it's way , I have been going back and forth where one of the agents named Amanda from the call center went as far as shouting at me and giving me attitude , I still have not been refunded of my money, they are ******* complete ******* with terrible customer service, when I called to follow-up yesterday they dropped the call on me , the order was from the Gillepsie branch in Durban and I used the app on google play store . Complete trash KFC needs to be cancelled, I am disgusted .
