KFC ****med me

KFC online purchase is horrible. They ****med me money, they are not efficient in doing refunds. I was buying a gift voucher last year in November and their system showed me error massage but money was deducted on my account. they have since promised me that they will pay back my money from last year. I have used more than R200 worth of airtime calling them and talking to same people who keeps on promising the same things. my advice to every one is guys stay way from KFC online purchases they will **** you and take you from pillar to post for a refund.
