KFC ****ing me of my money & meal

I first ordered from my phone which was a cash order, when I got to KFC I wasn't even assisted to just place the order or give them my order number. I stood by the counter for a while without assistance that I ended up leaving. Then I ordered from my husband's phone again and put in my banking details. They deducted from my account then the kfc online page redirected me b6 saying they'll refund me..don't know why the order didn't go through after they took my money. When I called customer service they said they can't help me, I have to wait 3 working days to get my refund of which I don't even know whether I'll get it back. It was my last time using KFC online purchases its a ****, they eat your money without you getting your meal. Highly disatisfies.
