KFC ****

The KFC online is the new way for KFC to **** us i have had 2 orders made and money deucted from my account but no food was delivered and when i enquire the customer care is not responding and when they do they tell me the amount is pending and has not reflected on their system. It is bad that we have to endure poor service when we go to their stores but now they are ripping us off with the online purchases.
