KFC ****

I went to kfc selcourt on the 31st of October to buy some food, I was told to swipe twice because apparently the first time the slip did not come out. They told me my money would be reversed in 48-72 hrs, that never happened. I went and followed up twice and I was told the matter was being escalated. I am still waiting for my money or atleast some kind of communication from the store. It seems as though this is something they are used to doing.
