KFC Sarnia Service Shocking

Went to Sarnia branch tonight and when was waiting to order heard 2 people complaining about service. I placed my order with a less than friendly lady. After about 10 mins after placing my order I went to go check if my order was ready. It turned out that my order hadn't even been done as according to the lady she wasn't given the slip. I waited another 10 mins for them to do my order. I got home to fund out that the Doritos Crunch burger had no Doritos on it and my daughter said it wasn't really good. I also found my Colonel burger had tomato on it which I asked not to be put on. When I was eating my burger I found it had some sand or dirt on it possibly from the lettuce not being washed properly. The meal on the whole was far from what we would expect KFC standard to be. One other thing to mention is there seems to be a definite lack of management presence at the Sarnia branch as the staff were definitely not providing the friendliest service and seemed to be shouting at each other in the back of the kitchen. There was definitely some issues going on there with teamwork. I trust this will be taken further. Kind Regards Justin
