KFC Sarnia - Pathetic service

Last week Saturday my sister and I decided to stop and get some lunch at the KFC in Sarnia. We decided to use the drive through, there were 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived at the drive through. Now this is ridiculous part, it took me 30 minutes to reach the window were you are suppose to get your order. When I arrived at the window the lady asked for my receipt, it took her another 6 to 7 minutes to bring me my order. That is a total of 36 minutes waiting in the drive through for wings. *********** staff, I don't understand why they have computers to capture orders if they still going to ask for your receipt and take forever to give you what u ordered. The people behind me actually got out of there car to check why the line was not moving. Waste of my time. Really frustrated with this restaurant, pathetic customer service.
