KFC SANDOWN

I am at Kfc Sandown in Parklands, Cape Town. I ordered two box meals (Fully Loaded Box Meal) for takeaway. I specifically asked for thighs on both, one with Fanta Orange bottle drink and one with normal coke with ice cup. I GOT MY ORDER AND DECIDED TO OPEN BOTH TO CHECK, BOTH HAD "DRUMSTICKS, COKE BOTTLE, COKE CUP WITH NO ICE. I asked again for Thighs and Fanta orange juice. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T HAVE THIGHS, I told them I'm gonna sit and wait until they have. Decided to sit and eat my chips, they were over spiced too salty, I had only three chips and couldn't eat anymore. Two minutes later I am called to get the Thighs😳 Hawu!

I'm not sure if they don't like specifics or they are just doing the bare minimum and move on. I couldn't even take back the chips as I am just fed up with the service.
