KFC Sandbaai missing items from orders.

KFC Sandbaai. 2nd time we ordered through the KFC delivery app and didn't get the whole order. 2 Months ago we ordered a large chips with our order for our boy and it didn't arrive, it's basically the only thing he eats together with the pops. Today we ordered 2x dunked wings, 2x large pops, large mash and gravy and large chips. Again the chips didn't arrive, the wings was cold and the large pops contents could be put together to fill one cup. works out around R3 per nugget which is insane. My wife phoned KFC and Bonisa answered. She explained that we didn't get the large chips. His advice was to come fetch it. Really?? We paid for delivery and even tipped the driver, but now we have to drive out during peak hour traffic after having a beer to collect the chips that we paid for. Last time I let it slide as I was too tired to make a thing about it. Seems they just don't care, so time to voice my concern. KFC head office needs to take note and whip them into shape. Service at Sandbaai KFC has been in a downward spiral for the last year or so.
