KFC Sanctuary

KFC Sanctuary - the rock bottom worst service that I have ever received at a fast food chain. There was a very *********** person taking orders and no one else at the counter to serve orders that were piling up for over 15 minutes. When eventually someone in the kitchen looked in my general direction and I could ask them for my online order that I checked in 15min before, it was clear that they never received it. Utterly disgusting service. No apology and the staff were so rude it was unbelievable.
