KFC Sanbury – Extremely poor service

On 30 January i placed an order at 19:30 via Uber Eats, and by 22:00 the order still had not been processed. Despite this, I was charged in full.

There was zero communication from the store regarding the delay — no update, no apology, nothing. Leaving a customer waiting for over two hours without any explanation is unacceptable.

Are customers really expected to pay for food that isn’t prepared, isn’t delivered, and isn’t even acknowledged? This experience reflects very poor service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this branch.
