KFC Sam Ntuli Mall 😠

Wow 🤭😲what a bad service we got from 2 KFC staff members at Sam Ntuli Mall😠.

On my way from Ekurhuleni South Region Forum Meeting around 13:00 today. I went to KFC in Sam Ntuli Mall with 2 of Social Elderly Representative, when I got there we where assisted by a ride lady (Name tag: Sipho) together with another who didn't have a name tag or maybe I didn't see one. The lady's where very rude and impatient with our elderly partners and when they later called our order for collection, it was in complete and when I complained the other friend said we are full of drama..... 1. They where rude when we where ordering and we let it go. 2. Tables are dirty 3. We not offered any seviets and sdraws for the drinks which we ordered 2 Coke Zeros, and on1 was on the order. 4. When we try to be civil and fix mistakes they give us arrogant comments " iyoh iDrama elapha chomi" 5. Tables where not disinfectant/chemically cleaned for next customers to use🤭😲 COVID-19 regulations where not followed and still the 2 staff members where arrogant to elderly citizens....

I am very disappointed and worried about the service our elderly citizens receive in these outlets when we not around as their children to fight for them against the brutal verbal abuse they experience.

We Khomanani Katlehong Home Base Care/Ekurhuleni South Region Forum, wish to log a complaint against such employees who harras our elderly citizens.
