KFC SALT DROUGHT, AND SWAP OUT MISUNDERSTANDING

Why KFC,staff they don't want to issue KFC salt even when they are selling us chips you have to fight, to get them... Please we need clarity on that,Do we have to beg salts,for them??? 2)I have been ordering All in one Feast Wings in Bergron alternating with Sophiatown online there's a option to swap out either coleslaw or chips,but their understanding is very limited on that, They really understand the option. I wish they go for Customer care service training,Tired of explaining my order when I fetch it.
