KFC SA ONLINE ORDER ****

I am very disappointed in KFC ,I purchased food online via their KFCSA App on the 25/08/23 and no food was delivered but R377.00 was taken from my bank account and no refund has been processed to date! Their customer service agents are not helpful I am more than willing to share my bank statement! Pathetic service, I would not recommend anyone to make use of their online service!
