KFC Rustenburg, so unproffesional

I went to KFC Rustenburg on the 28th Feb 2026, got there at around 7:30 from Joburg, I ordered my meal at the Kiosk and didn't get a receipt. I told the cashier my order number, only to be told my order does not appear on their side, and I didn't get assisted with finding out what happened. I had to pay for another meal. I was not assisted in getting my money back or my meal. So I paid twice for one meal. And the staff didn't seem like they cared about the glith that happened. My account was debited twice.
