KFC RUSTENBURG SAFARI GARDENS

I would like to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with the KFC located in Safari Gardens, Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. My parents purchased KFC for our family, and we all ate the meal together that evening. Unfortunately, in the early hours of the following morning, my fiancée became very ill, followed by me and then my mother.

We sought medical attention and both my fiancée and I were treated for dehydration from food poisoning, which required an IV. To make matters worse, while at the clinic, we encountered three other individuals who were experiencing the same symptoms, all of whom had eaten at the same KFC location in Safari Gardens.

As a result of this incident, I had to spend nearly R1000 on medication and use my medical aid to cover the costs of the treatment. This experience was both upsetting and costly, and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food and the lack of responsibility taken by the establishment.

I strongly advise caution before purchasing from the KFC in Safari Gardens, Rustenburg.
