KFC - Rustenburg repeatedly *****S from customers

On 8 Feb 2016, I complaining, here on Hello Peter, about repeated short-changing at the KFC Triangle Rustenburg. KFC rep**** that \they are very sorry, strives to only give the best service, and it will immediately be addressed, corrective action will be taken and the malpractice stopped\". On 30/03/2016, at 17:16 it happened again... Order 068. I counted my change, and AGAIN I was short changed with a small amount. I immediately told the cashier that I want the CORRECT change, no matter HOW SMAL!!! - I had the duty manager called, who seemed to think I was joking, and really did NOT look very impressed. I told him that his cashiers are S*T*E*A*L*I*NG* from the public, and with my previous complaint I was told that action will be taken!!. (Go and look at your desk camera recordings --- they don't lie..) It is now proven that KFC not only lies in its promises, but that it is STANDARD PRACTISE at KFC that customers can be short-changed.. in other words.. KFC approves it!! I will have to consider other alternatives as it is clear that KFC will NOT stop their employees from S.T.E.A.L.I.N.G. from the public! Once, might be a mistake. THIS, is th3ft! By choice!"

It is one thing to throw the ball back at me, "so that my expectations can be met in the future", but what about the KFC standard? That of allowable theft from the public in small quantities? Or are you rather not prepared to acknowledge that these malpractice is ongoing an KFC? What about taking responsibility by the lack of your effective and immediate strict measures? The problem here is NOT my "expectations to be met with" - it is YOUR malpractice on an ongoing basis.
