KFC Ruimsig Featherbrooke

Good Morning

I am so disappointed with the service at the KFC in Ruimsig Featherbrooke Centre

I arrived at 7am and the staff told me that the wings are only going on the stove and will take 15 minutes , this is unacceptable because they need to prepare before hand as I know they are there before 6:30 so therefore why was it not prepared prior, furthermore they thought I work for woolworths thats in the same centre (Featherbrooke) thats why they relaxed and I informed them that I'm still going to walk for 15 mins ,I am so annoyed by this , I cant be late for a bucket for 1 honestly . And this is not the first time they do this , I have forever been friendly with them , but I cant be late because of their negligence . Could they please do better next time , but just know for sure I will never buy there again
