KFC rude and not honouring voucher

After getting a Streewise 2 with no chips, I ordered another one over New Years and it was inedible. Dry and salty and did not resemble KFC chicken, I complained and was sent an email with a voucher which I took to 2 stores and tYola at the store on Blouberg Beach front was particularly rude. Nobody would honour the voucher....and the person who sent the voucher...Portia...does not bother to respond to the mail sent to her about this.
