KFC Rua Vista messed up my day and never got my order.

KFC Rua Vista at olievenhoutbosch ****med me or messed up my order, I am still trying to understand what happened there. I ordered at the self service machine, paid with card, took a picture of the order number and chose sms slip. Fine the sms came through, decided to walk to shoprite to buy some few items while my oder is getting ready. Coming back from shoprite my order is no where to be found, then I showed the lady with her manager the pictures, and the slip sent via sms they asked to see on my bank app the transaction I showed them, the manager took my phone it her office for like 20 minutes saying she is checking on the system still she comes back to say let's check the bank app again the transaction shows pending but it deducted, I am telling even at shoprite the transaction shows pending that has nothing to do with all that. I heard to pay again to get another order because I am with a child who wants KFC, told me to come back if my money is not reversed by the bank, you know what I know it won't reverse cause it already decucted, I am not sure if is **** or they gave someone my order but they messed up and I didn't get my order even now, so I donated my money to KFC for nothing. I paid for a meal that I never received.
