KFC rotten chicken Springfield

Bought a Streetwise2 KFC from Springfield on Intersite Ave on the 25/10/23 and the drumstick was smelling bad so I was at the blue lagoon I called the branch and complained I was told to bring it in when got there I was surprised cause to me the manager on that shift knew exactly wat piece was spoilt and she changed the meal giving me a wing n breast which I didn't eat but took it home to Chatsworth when I decided to eat it the wing piece was smelling and spoilt to me it looks like they are trying to salvage wat they can, so I called the next day to complain they said I must bring to to them which don't make sense to fill R100 fuel to got get something that's R40 the refused to send a voucher or a wi-code so I can fetch it from any KFC the manager called from the store I told me they don't do vouchers etc but he take his money and do a ewallet which I felt wrong cause it's his own money.... The customer service is very poor and the stuff got attitude
