KFC Rooihuiskraal- Terrible Service from staff and manager- Card Machine Issues

I am disgusted with the service at KFC Rooihuiskraal the service there is trash and the mangers don’t give a damn. I went there on the 22 November 2022 and went by the drive thru and I was told the card machines aren’t working and I must go inside. Got inside and their card machine approved my order and it went off my account. Their system didn’t print the slip and I was told to pay again and was promised that they will reverse the first amount. After the second payment, the staff member tells me that they do reversals anymore and I must go to the bank to sort it out. The staff is rude and NOT helpful at all, they gossip about you right in front of you and don’t care helping in anyway. Another disappointment is that the manager “Precious” send other staff members to give me feedback. As a manager darling you supposed to face your customers and give solutions but obviously because I’m black that’s the treatment one gets because they think we can’t report them. I WILL NEVER EVER WASTE ANY TIME AND ENERGY GOING TO THAT KFC, honestly they rude and don’t care about customers or treat us fairly. If their machines aren’t working it’s their fault NOT mine. Now I must go do a reversal and suffer bank charges. This is nonsense guys seriously, it’s nonsense!!!!!!!!!! This will even make me STOP buying from KFC in general. Sies
