Kfc Rooihuiskraal bad service

I would like to share my admost disappointment. A lady called Zinzi who works at kfc Rooihuiskraal in Centurion refused to sell food to us saying they close in 10 minutes but sold to everyone that came after us. We ask why this happened she refused to give an explanation and closed the window in our faces. Is this how you treat your customers kfc????? I have never been so shocked at the type of service you offer your people. I will never buy there, you have just lost two loyal customers
