KFC Rondebosch - Terrible service & Food

I visited KFC Rondebosh on Tuesday 16 July 2019 at 21:55pm via their drive thru. I was told there was a 14 minute waiting time on chicken and i should park outside the store and they will bring my meal to my car. At 22:30 (30 mins later) i went inside the store to find out about the progress of my meal. I was greeted by a unapologetic, absolutely rude and full of attitude person that served me. To top it all off, when i got home to eat, i found the chicken to be absolutely dried out with a burnt after taste.

DO NOT VISIT this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
