KFC Rocklands, the worst

KFC Rocklands is the worst ever, bad service, wrong food orders, never has spice and ketchup, wings are always dry, I had to send then back 3 times that was definitely my last time going there. The customer service that you have to call for these complaints is no help at all its like an auto reply robot system because the email was addressed to me Dumza and I am not Dumza so if people at customer service on that level don't even check there mails before sending it then how can we get the right food order.
