KFC Rock Cottage - Excellent Customer Service

Yesterday, KFC at Rock Cottage made a mistake with my order from their app by not adding cheese which I had paid extra for. I pointed this out to them in the review that I was asked to complete. The next day Aphiwe from KFC Rock Cottage contacted me and offered to replace the whole product. This they did and it’s an excellent example of first class customer service.
