Kfc Rock Cottage -double swipe

KFC Rock cottage is dishonest, they made me swipe twice on the 23 March2023 saying that my transaction was not processed because of load shedding, only to see on the 30 March 2023 there was no reversal on this account. Kfc double charged me, they could have reversed this transaction, now they want me to print my bank statement and take it to them, so they can submit to kfc head office so they can reverse this transaction that should take 3 days.
