Kfc Rock cottage

Ordered food on my way home for dinner for my kids at their kiosk and counter received my order when I got home my bucket meat looked as though it fell and they picked the pieces on the floor and threw them back in the bucket my chips were half full n the box with literally 5 jalapeno called the manager who said they would replace the order as we communicating she then asked for my location they would send the driver the minute I mentioned I was from soweto her attitude changed told me that I have to return the food as they have a taste policy so I need to drive 20ks and 20k back asked about how many pieces look damaged and and she said sorry she cannot help me as I need to return the food back to them she was really not helpful I explained about the inconvenience as this was supposed to be my kids dinner what do I do now she said nothing I must bring food and they will replace I asked for another alternative way to sort this she refused I asked if they don't have drivers to come collect the order she said they didn't have drivers at that moment and it was late I asked for someone else who could assist she said unfortunately it's her I need to deal with ...reported the incident customer care online did everything that was requested they responded with an sms saying that I must call them as they need more information and the number they provided is the same number that I struggled for 30 minute trying to report the service I got but it's a robot call so nobody picks up nor does it ring
