KFC ******ies

Been waiting for a refund on items that I purchased on the App in December 2020 that the store didn't not receive and could to give products. I seem to be dealing with a bunch of amateurs who are hell bent on escalating to Head Office every time I call requesting feedback. I even wonder why they would call it customer care.
