KFC ****** me my money, paid for no delivery

I have never been dissapointed with KFC online order and delivery from KFC Victoria Germiston.

Ordered at 12h22 on the 23rd of February, my son sick hungry and we were looking forward to the meal. Not only it took forever for the delivery that arrived at 14H00, while am still trying to get over that Delivery is short, 'No verry blaze shake".

I called the driver same time and he said he did not have it but will tell the store, while waiting wrote an email to notify them... Yhoooooo what a poor service email after email and no reply emails requiring details but no call no promise of shake to be delivered

Mind you have paid for that shake.

Till now nothing, all I want is my money KFC as you ****** my son of enjoying the shake. Do not rob me of my money. More than 6 emails sent with no response

Check your kfccustomercare emails and you will see my compliant that was put in junk mail just for R40 rand shake, yes my money and ordered because my son wanted the shake and KFC Victoria did not care
