KFC road****

This complaint has been a long time coming. Bad service every time. From broken ice cream machines (months at a time) and now a broken cool drink machine so when we bought a variety feast... No cool drink. Had to buy it extra, with no discount for the cool dink not being available. I have complained to the manager before. Got a bored looking man that never looked me in the eye and rep**** with: This is the standard way we make it (After I took back an ice cream with no Caramel sauce and three chocolate *****.) Chicken is very oily and sometimes undercooked. A small chips consists of about 10 chips if you are lucky. Sometimes less.

Bad service. Bad attitudes. Bad management. Just bad all round. Give it a skip and rather go to Colbyn KFC.
