KFC roadhouses instead of drive-throughs

KFC Tambotie Mall: Had bad drive-through experience...I visited them at 20:11pm to be sent to the parking lot to await my order, which they seem to have done with several cars in that period. I waited until 20 minutes later in which time they brought me 2 other people's orders, not knowing to which car it belongs and taking it to other cars afterwards, as it was not mine. By then I was getting frustrated as it was taking long and I had my child and 2 dogs with me in the car and pulled into the parking in front of the shop. When I asked by when my order will be ready the KFC lady started blaming me that she already gave my my order and I she remembers me taking it. Accusing me that I have 'taken' it. I said that it is not my fault that they do not know which order belongs to which car and that they can come and have a look in my car. She once again said that she is sure I have taken it. I said that they can look at the cameras which then was indicated that there are no cameras there in front, but in the time they prepared the meal and took their time once again, they had gone to check the cameras just to indeed see that I have taken nothing... I was given extra chips to apologise, which I left on the counter....really how unprofessional can it become. I visit KFC basically every 2nd day, would I love to ***** some more??? And to what measures will the branches go with the drive-thoughs as they are becoming more like a road-houses, having us pass and wait in the parkings for the orders to be prepared and their times to be met.
