KFC ripped me off in cash

Visited KFC windfarm branch Port Elizabeth. Spent a few hundred Rand on a order. When swiping to pay, they said there was a electrical problem, we should swipe again. Wife swiped again and both times it was deducted from my Bank. We proved it on the cellphone but they would not refund , saying we should call them as my Bank may rectify it. They retained our receipt for evidence.3 days later the Bank never rectified it and we did infact pay double for the order. After numerous calls and the phone not being answered, i called Steers the next door business to go and call the shift supervisor. She said we should bring the Bank statement and get a refund. 2 days later we drove the 50km returntrip back again, just to be told sorry come back in 3 days time they have no one there now to aithorise the refund. Every time having to drive back is costing me R100 in fuel so please people, be on the watch out as this might be a new trick as very few people will bother to go back as this branch is situated on the highway . They know few people will want to return. This a **************** . I know now, next time they will *****y the fact we have had to leave the cashslip with them. KFC fly to hell. This is not on. What about my telephone expenses, time lost, fuel spent? Adding up to 4 times my order amount and still i dont have my money
