Kfc Rifle Range bad service

I went to KFC Rifle range yesterday 01/12/2020, I got there and the cashiers name was Naomi, she she was friendly that I gotta say but she had no idea about the promo running, 50%off of which I couldn't get my discount for the day. When I placed my order, I was told that the machine is broken and that I need to pay extra if I needed a drink to go with my meal. The manager Lindani took his time to attend to my situation as well as I didn't like how he handled the situation. I work in customer service department but if that is how kfc team members handle their customers on a day to day basis I'm not impressed. I just want to say that I will never purchase at any KFC because this is not my first time experiencing bad service.
