Kfc in RichardsBay are very disappointing. Just keep adding on to problems i experience with them. No costumer service. Its pathetic. First time bad experience. Ordered street wise 2. They did not bring my order 4 h later i called in. Telling me oh they dont have pap so they cant deliver my order and need to wait 48h for refund. I called customer service oh they called me back my order will come in the next 15 min. But we didn't have pap now that i have called the big guy's there's pap. Seconds time bad experience. I ordered in store crusher x2. They made us wait for over 30 min every one behind me that ordered after me got their orders and left. Third time bad experience. I ordered online. After 15 min got and message on refund. Saying they can't get hold of any drivers for delivery. So i drove to town and go ordered. As stop at KFC there a driver that just walked out but NO DRIVER.... As i entered first thing been said paying card or cash no greetings. So i said no i want to find out something as i walk to the counter i greet the lady. She haven't greeted back but responded paying cash or card. This is soo disrespectful and rude am very very discussed with the company works they need to get fully training on the job ************** and costumer service because there's nothing such awful experience we have to experience.
