KFC Richards bay

If there was an option not to even put a star. What pathetic service from the lake view terrace Richards Bay branch for a large mash and gravy and a burger took 1 hour... Then to top it up they switch the screen off that shows the orders and tell me I should have come with my slip yet I've been standing and looking at the shuffle the orders in the bags dont know that's going... I called the complaints line they said they will SMS me a ref number... From 19:40 till now 21:11 no message no feedback. Is this the service we get?
