KFC Responses don't fly

Went to the KFC on Goldman Street Florida to buy the special ie. R50 for 12 wings. They advised that the special is only sold in the middle of the month even though the ad does not indicate any such information to the public. Proceeded to KFC Ontdekkers who advised that the special is over even though the special had been advertised in the last 48hours and there was no mention of a finish date on the advert. Called their customer services/help line and spoke to Khetiwe to complain as I was very unhappy with both responses. The help line rep could not assist nor was there a manager on duty to assist. Had no alternative but to purchase 30 wings for 150.
