KFC reservoir hills is absolutely useless

KFC reservoir hills , i placed my order at the drive thru and was told to wait in the parking lot for the order . waited almost an hour only to find out that the person that placed the order went home without even giving anybody my order . so if I didn't go in and enquire I would still be sitting like an idiot in my car . and guess what , I wasn't the only person that it happend too . absolutely ******* service .
