KFC Reservoir Hills

I've just come back from the KFC at Reservoir hills and they customer service is pathetic, placed an order for 2 zinger burgers and they took 23mins and my meal wasn't ready , when I did receive my meal it was incorrect. I will not support KFC again in this country as this is more than 1 bad experience at a different branch. They speed points dont work , they staff have no customer service skills and they don't value customers in there stores. People of South africa I urge you not to support KFC had they have no interest in customers and they will always treat us like we doing them a favour from buying at their stores.
