KFC reputation in the deep fat frier

You would think staying in the city would give you the advantages of having a take away meal on your doorstep. For someone like me that comes from a small town in Mpumalanga, that had to drive 80km for a take out, and now lives and works in gauteng, I would expect no less. This is definately not the case. It's not the first time either, I have now come to the official decision that kfc should remove ice cream and crushers off their menu, and this goes for all your new specials. In the last 6 times I have gone to a kfc, I have not been able to get at least 1 thing that I ordered. Additional to this, kryshers has only been available to me once out of the 6 times. I have been supporting the great North branch, Northmead branch, new road and now that it is unexpectedly renovating, I had to go to New road south and add an additional 15km to my trip just to go there as it is at the highway stop. When a customer goes that for for something, ensure to have it in stock. What baffles me is that if one kfc had the problem I would be ok with it but it has become a norm. It is acceptable to not have stock and to rather offer a R29 option as a replacement after you paid for a R39 crusher. Then we bring out a new meal, but it's not available. KFC close your doors and go back to America where you can do this to your clients without accountability. Some of us in SA are still old school and will not accept this
