KFC Reitz worst experience

I've had a terrible experience at kfc Reitz. I bought a crunch burger meal and I got a snack burger and chips. Its also not the first time, I once bought all star box at kfc Reitz and when I got home I got home I got a burger and chips without zinger wings and one piece of meat. I was extremely disappointed as they had already closed the shop at 21:00 beforei could return the meal. KFC Reitz is one of the worst kfc I have ever been to they are dropping the name of KFC when you go to buy food at 20:00 they always tell you that there is no meat. They tell you that because they dont want to cook so that they can go home at 21:00 when the shop closes. At 20:30 they lock the toilets and we're not allowed to go in cos they are cleaning while the customers are in store. 💔i am a very loyal customer of kfc but what kfc Reitz is doing is totally bad!! Please dont take this bad but I am a very concerned customer who loves the brand.
