KFC refusing to refund me!!!

Wednesday morning I went to KFC in Nelson Mandela Drive in Mthatha to get breakfast and when I was paying I was told that the speed point has been having issues with Capitec bank cards. So I was shown that the money is being reversed but it’s now been 72hours later and I still haven’t received my money. When I went back to enquire on the same day I was told to return 24hours later and I returned 30 hours later and I was still not refunded because on my bank statement it showed as transactions not processed and I was **** to and told that There’s nothing they can do since the transaction was not yet processed. So I called Capitec bank to enquire about why the funds weren’t processed since I needed the money urgently for electricity. Capitec bank told me that it is up to the merchant which is KFC to process the funds and either refund them to me or for the funds to go to their account. Capitec offered to reverse the transaction for me but provided I had a declined slip which I was not even given. I am so deeply disappointed in KFC to think that it’s okay to treat their customers like this. I have had to survive for two days without electricity and surviving on bread because I couldn’t cook since they refused to refund my money for electricity. They have also caused such a major inconvenience because they said they would call me which they never did and I had to go back to their branch which is far from me. I’m very angry and disappointed!!!
