KFC refusing to provide us with the food we paid for.

Placed an order om Mr Delivery, upon receiving my order my 2 year old son's food was not in the bag. We phoned KFC, Tambotie Mall, Randfontein and they refused to help us, we explained that it is for our child and that he is extremely hungry. They refused to correct their mistake. Due to the weather (rain, thunder and lightning) we couldn't take him out of the house to go to KFC themselves. They simply did not care that the child is hungry. Please KFC can you explain to a two year old that he can not get the food we have paid for.
