Kfc refuses with refund

What a terrible service from kfc. I bought food via the kfc app and paied for it, but the driver decided to drive away with my food and my order was canceled, now I'm trying to get my refund back from kfc, no one is helping me its been a month now trying to get my refund, what a terrible service I will urge no one buys from that kfc app .
