Kfc refuses to resolve complaint

KFC Customer Care Case CAS-***-S0D1V5 has been logged YUM:*** ,its bee.n more than 6 months ,kfc are ignoring me still ,**** phonjng me,refuse to resolve my complaint,they know what is happening at their stores,but it's mos just 1 customer comlaining,i will not go away untill justice is served.
