KFC refuses to refund my money. Utterly disgusted!!!!

On 25 May I ordered meals via the KFC app during loadshedding for an amount of R293. The money was deducted and yet no order confirmation was received via the app or email. I went to the Blouberg KFC branch to enquire as to whether the order reflected on their side and they could not assist even though the money went through. On 27 May I eventually email KFC via their email address asking for a refund and sent them proof of payment. I also called them to check when the funds would be refunded and was advised it would take 7-14 working days. Today is the 15th of June and the money has not yet been refunded. The call Centre Agents have no clue what they are doing just reading scripts and not telling me when I will get my money. I spoke to Zen Gabuza who advised that the management teams are not available to escalate this matter to? I am utterly disgusted by this nonsensical behaviour, ducking and diving with my money!???
